Meet the Team at Westbourne Care Home

Westbourne Care Home chose to introduce their team members individually this year, rather than through their usual slideshow. Let's meet Holly joined the Westbourne family in 2019 as a weekend assistant in the kitchen. Holly has since progressed to a Senior position after obtaining her NVQ3 and is now working as a care plan champion through the Gold Standard Framework. Her experience, calm demeanour, and ability to mentor junior employees greatly benefit the team. 

Next up is Marie

We are so lucky to have Marie working in our kitchen! She's been with us since September 2022 and has become such an important part of our team. Marie is fantastic at keeping everything clean and tidy. She works so hard every day, walking miles with her nutrition and hydration trolley to make sure everyone has access to fresh snacks and drinks. We really appreciate all that Marie does for us!

our dependable maintenance man who has been an invaluable asset to our team for over a year. His diverse range of skills enables him to handle practically any task with ease. Collaborating with the rest of our team, he has played a pivotal role in the remarkable transformation of our home over the past year.
