Keeping fit with Nick

Every week, the residents of Cleeve Lodge and Manor Cottage look forward to their workout sessions with Nick Dewfell from Care Centre Sport and Exercise. Nick is an excellent instructor who not only keeps the residents entertained but also encourages some friendly competition, resulting in lots of smiles, laughter, and a boost of serotonin.
