Afternoon Tea with the teddies

Westbourne Care Home was thrilled to organize an enchanting Teddy Bears picnic exclusively for our cherished residents. Our esteemed chef, Lisa, went above and beyond to prepare an exquisite all-natural cream tea that left everyone in awe. The menu boasted an array of culinary delights, including the delectable Honey Wholemeal Apple Cakes, the scrumptious Wholemeal Scones, the tantalizing Fresh Strawberry Jam, and the rich and creamy Clotted Cream. However, the highlight of the day was undoubtedly the spectacular Victoria sponge cake that Lisa whipped up to perfection. It's no surprise that it quickly became the top choice amongst our residents, who couldn't stop raving about its heavenly taste and fluffy texture. Overall, it was a delightful event that brought joy and happiness to everyone involved.
