Basking in the Sunshine

As of late, the weather has drastically improved and it has allowed everyone to fully embrace the new season. Although summer hasn't officially arrived, the sunshine feels absolutely splendid. The residents are thoroughly enjoying their time spent in the garden, observing the plants come to life. Some have even rediscovered their passion for gardening and are adding their own personal touch to the already thriving green spaces. Local park visits, complete with duck and duckling feeding, have been quite popular. During one such outing, a duckling became separated from its group and ventured quite close to one of our homes. The duckling was promptly returned to the nearby pond, but not before paying a visit to our inhabitants for a brief cuddle. Making daisy chains and indulging in ice creams and ice lollies have also been enjoyable pastimes for both staff and residents alike.
