Day and Night Team Leaders

We provide a range of care and support services for our older residents. Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own! We’re seeking to recruit day and night Team Leaders – could this be you? Team Leader applicants must have a level 3 qualification or be working towards a level 3. Do you have a commitment to quality and being the best you can, treating the people we support with compassion, showing dignity and respect to the people that you will be working with, having trust and respect for all members of our team. The duties are varied and no two days/nights will be the same. Our residents are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such. Applicants must be proactive and be able to supervise a team of carers as well as keep all relevant documentation up-to-date. Interested?
