At Manor Cottage, we believe that meaningful moments come from truly listening to the people who live with us. When our team asked Kathleen if she’d like to take part in a meaningful activity, her answer was simple but touching — she wanted to visit her old hairdresser.
So, that’s exactly what we did.
Kathleen spent a lovely day revisiting a place filled with familiar faces and happy memories. She absolutely enjoyed herself and said it was “nice being able to do things I used to do.”
