Celebrating a Decade of Dedication – Long Service Awards at Kew Care Group

We are delighted to recognise two incredible members of our team who have each reached their 10-year long service milestone with Kew Care Group.

At Westbourne Care Home, our fantastic Head of Care, Karina, has been part of the family for a decade. Starting as a care assistant with no experience in the care sector, Karina has gone from strength to strength, working her way up to her leadership role. Fondly known as “Miss Westbourne”, she is admired for her passion, integrity and empathy – qualities that have helped shape Westbourne into the welcoming Home it is today. We are truly grateful for her dedication and all she continues to bring to the Home.

At Green Willow Residential Home, we are also celebrating Sinead, our wonderful Head Housekeeper, who has dedicated 10 years to the Home. Her hard work and commitment over the past decade have been invaluable, and she continues to play an essential role in ensuring residents feel comfortable and cared for in their surroundings.

These long service awards are a fantastic reminder of the heart, loyalty and dedication of our colleagues across Kew Care Group. We are so proud of Karina and Sinead for reaching this special milestone and thank them both for everything they do.
