The home is led by a trio of familiar faces. Josie, Operations Director, works alongside Amanda, Operations Business Manager, and Helen, Operations Manager, who has recently taken on the role of Registered Manager at Westbourne. Having been part of the wider group since 2008, Helen brings a deep understanding of the home and the people within it.
Together, the team works closely to provide consistency, guidance and a steady presence within the home. Their shared approach means that decisions are made with care, communication remains open, and the focus stays firmly on providing a comfortable and well-run environment for residents.
For families, knowing that there is an experienced and approachable team in place offers reassurance and confidence in the care their loved ones receive.
