Celebrating Mel’s Achievements

We are delighted to share some fantastic news from Kew Care Group. Mel, one of our dedicated team members, has recently achieved her Level 3 Award in Training and Education. This is a brilliant milestone and a reflection of her hard work, commitment, and passion for supporting both our staff and residents.

Mel is already a Certified Dementia Lead, and it was this expertise that led her to gain her Train the Trainer certification in Dementia Awareness, delivered by the Gloucester Education Team. With these skills, she plays a vital role in ensuring our teams receive the very best training and guidance in dementia care.
