A thoughtful gift can mean so much, and at Westbourne Care Home, resident Sheila has been busy creating something special for the people around her.
Over the past three months, Sheila has knitted an incredible 33 scarves for members of the team. Each one has been made by hand in a range of beautiful colours and finished with pretty flowers to make it extra special.
It's a lovely gesture that has taken considerable time, patience and care, with Sheila putting so much effort into making something for everyone. Her generosity is a lovely reminder of the relationships that grow within a care home and the many ways people show their appreciation for one another.
Thank you, Sheila, for sharing your wonderful knitting skills and bringing a little extra warmth to the Westbourne team!
