Autumn

Some of our residents cannot get out and about as easily as they would like to and we try really hard to make sure that they can feel part of the world around them even if they can't be outside in it.  Seasonal changes are a big part of British weather and so everyone really enjoyed the recent Autumn Activities that Brighter Moments brought us. It was lovely to see and touch autumn leaves, conkers and acorns and we did lots of reminiscing. Brighter Moments visit care homes in Bristol to help with activity sessions and we love it when they come.
