Bristol Grammar School Community Lunch

On Wednesday 26th February Bristol Grammar School kindly held a Community lunch for over 100 local older people. Residents from Cleeve Lodge enjoyed a delicious lunch and entertainment organised by the school staff as part of their Outreach Wellbeing Afternoon. The staff singing was brilliant and we enjoyed the raffle as well. We often have children into our care homes and both the youngsters and our residents love the intergenerational interaction. But we rarely get the opportunity to visit a school and our residents had not been in a school environment since they were doing parent-teacher meetings with their own children! Huge thanks to Bristol Grammar School for the wonderful day.
