Cardio Drumming with Gloria 

Another genius and fun way to exercise, the residents tried, tested and had so much fun with cardio drumming, led by our fantastic Julia. Cardio drumming isn't just for fun, it can actually raise the heart rate and help to burn hundreds of calories in as little as 20 mins. The residents at Cleeve Lodge Residential Home, are using cardio drumming to improve coordination and the ability to focus while strengthening the arms and core muscle groups, all whilst having fun! They've also gone for a modified version of the exercise, opting to use smaller tabletop buckets and balls instead of yoga balls and a 17-gallon bucket.
