Covid-19 Visiting Update

We are delighted to announce that our secure Covid-19 Visiting process is up and running. There is a pod area with separate air space and a full height screen/door and to use this, we have our rapid flow tests ready and waiting for each visitor (up to two people). For one Nominated Visitor per Resident, once a lab swab has come back negative and a rapid test on the day that you visit has also been done, you can come in and see your loved one and hold hands. The system is working really well and we are offering as much help as you need with testing etc. There is a lot of paperwork so bear with us as we have to go through it all with you before you visit. Fingers crossed the weather will be kind and garden visits will also be possible soon. With all visits, testing and PPE is still needed and we are very bad nags about hand washing! But we are excited to be welcoming visitors back to our home and our Residents are simply over the moon. Let us know if you would like any further information.
