Dignity Action Day

Monday 1st February is Dignity Action Day and we will spend the week looking at how we treat our Residents and each other with Dignity. This gives us an opportunity to use dignity audit tools to assess how we consider and uphold people's rights to dignity and to work with Residents to provide them with the very best person centred care and service. Staff teams also need to be treated with dignity and equality and with the stresses and strains of coronavirus battering us all, this is even more important at the moment.
