Management Team Away Day

Managing a care home can get lonely so we have regular Management Team Away Days to get together. This time Cleeve Lodge hosted us all and a group of happy Managers, Business Administrators, Deputy Managers, Wellbeing and activities leads spent last Tuesday together. We want to make sure that our team can share ideas and suggestions as regulations and best practice ideas continue to change.  We also take the opportunity to learn from our group's quality assurance results and critical incident analyses and therefore constantly improve our service. It was also the perfect time for everybody to have a try with the new Virtual reality headsets which are such a success at Manor Cottage. These are now being shared around the other homes to trial.
