Manual Handling for Everybody

Our staff are highly trained in various Manual Handling techniques but we decided that however good our staff might be, our residents would also benefit from being familiar with the equipment and ways in which they may be helped up from the floor or moved if they ever needed it.  As part of one of our regular training sessions at Green Willow this week, the residents joined in with staff to understand what we have to do in situations like this to keep our residents and our staff safe.
