The Show must go on......

We may not be having visitors into the homes and our risk assessments and paperwork may still be strict and thorough, but 'The Show must go on' and our Residents still love a song and dance. Our various entertainers and exercise therapists are now bringing their magic via the garden - they set up and we have figured out the best ways of enjoying their fun from a safe distance. We have been using zoom and face time on our televisions with our community links but the garden is even better! Our Residents, friends and families questionnaires often flag up that music and movement are the most important and popular elements in our activities and well being program. And we are delighted that we have been able to find a way to successfully get them back on track to the benefit of our whole team and care home family.
